The teaser is wrapped up in a haunting poem recited in a tear-jerking style by R Madhavan. And, this is what people are talking about the most.

Shaitaan is the official Hindi remake of Vash, a Gujarati horror thriller directed by Krishnadev Yagnik.

Atharva, a pilot from Ahmedabad, lives with his wife Beena and their two children Arya and Ansh. They go on a holiday to a remote village. There they meet Pratap, a mysterious man who knows a lot about them. Pratap offers help, but he uses black magic to trap Atharva’s family. Atharva will have to break the spell to save his family.

In the Hindi film, Ajay Devgan and Jyothika play a married couple, while Janaki Bodiwala and Angad Raj play the roles of their children. R Madhavan will play the role of a villain who uses black magic. Shaitan is set to release in theaters on March 8.
