The family of an Australian policeman who suffered horrific injuries after a fall during a European holiday has attacked his insurance company for refusing to pay his claim.
Ella Cutler, 26, nearly died after falling 10 meters off a cliff in the Croatian tourist resort of Dubrovnik on August 26, fracturing her skull and spine and puncturing both lungs.
