Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni is often in the news for making bold statements, but she made fun of Islamic culture and said that there is no place for it in Europe. Hindustan Times On 17th December.

The Italian Prime Minister said, “Islamic cultural centers in Italy are funded by Saudi Arabia where Sharia is in force. In Europe, a process of Islamization is underway, far from the values of our civilization!”

His comments came after he hosted a political festival in Rome organized by his far-right party – Brothers of Italy – which was attended by British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak.
During his speech, Rishi Sunak said he would push for global reforms to the asylum system, while also warning that the threat of rising numbers of refugees could overwhelm parts of Europe.
He even warned that some ‘enemies’ are deliberately ‘bringing people to our shores to try to destabilize our society.’
Rishi Sunak said, “If we don’t tackle this problem, the numbers will only rise. It will impact our countries and our ability to help those who really need our help most.” He added, “If this requires us to update our laws and lead an international conversation to amend the post-conflict framework around asylum, then we should do that.”
Meanwhile, Tesla founder Elon Musk made a rare appearance as he met world leaders at the annual gathering.
