McHale, 35, said he had been sitting on an unfinished version of the track for quite some time. “Just being able to hear Naya’s voice is kind of what started this whole thing,” he said. “I got this demo from Naya in 2012 and I remember when she played it for me… Obviously Naya could sing. His voice could do anything. It can touch you emotionally, it can make you want to dance, it can do all those things.
