People are actually getting their podcast suits on before the New Year. Let’s do it.

• The Daily Beast Fox News host Laura Ingraham has filed a lawsuit against Quake Media, claiming the podcast startup hasn’t paid her under her $800,000 contract through 2022, reports say.
