Left-leaning ITV viewers have taken to social media in large numbers to criticize House member Kerry over her political views.
The 40-year-old NHS worker sat down on the sofa with fellow housemates Jack, Olivia, Jenkin and Henry during Sunday’s episode, where they discussed politics and the cost of living crisis.
Henry, who told viewers in his opening video package that he is a self-admitted Tory voter, told the group: “I love Boris [Johnson], At least he’s funny.”
At this point, Kerry pressed on to share her views and admitted: “Yeah, but I don’t want anyone running our country in a funny way.
“Since I could vote, I voted Conservative, but Boris made me lose confidence in his party.
“I thought to myself, ‘You’re an idiot, you’re going to stop me from following the party I believed in.’ I believe in his manifesto.
“Sage [Sunak] Probably, in my opinion, the best of a bad bunch right now.”
Kerry has faced criticism for his political views.

Despite the disdain from ITV2 viewers, many were quick to point out the hypocrisy of those who often describe themselves as “tolerant” and express such outrage over a housewife’s stance.
