The Apple Watch Series 9 and Ultra 2 are now available once again on Apple’s website, a day after some physical Apple Stores began selling the Watches on December 27. Apple had earlier told the verge That watches should be widely available in its physical stores by Saturday.

The US International Trade Commission issued the sanctions after finding that Apple infringed medical device maker Masimo’s patent around the blood oxygen saturation feature included in the Series 9 and Ultra 2. Apple removed both models from shelves and its website last week. The ban officially begins on December 26.

Apple is appealing the ban and has proposed changes to the watches to avoid patent issues. On January 12, watches were temporarily allowed to continue being sold over proposed changes to U.S. Customs and Border Protection regulations.
