The documentary of legendary footballer David Beckham was released on OTT Netflix on October 4. The documentary series consisting of all four episodes became an instant must-watch for all audiences. According to the official synopsis, the series “tells the inside story of a global football star and cultural icon”.
A woman named Mia Kittleson recently revealed that she got so distracted while watching David Beckham’s Netflix documentary that she accidentally brushed her teeth with pain-relieving cream instead of toothpaste.
Kittleson acknowledged the accident on TikTok, where she reportedly confessed to panicking her boyfriend into calling poison control.
According to DailyStar, Kittelson was given a tube of Deep Heat, a pain-relieving ointment, and her Colgate toothpaste mixed up because she claimed they looked alike.

The DailyStar reported that the incident left Kittelson’s boyfriend in such a state of panic that he called Poison Control, a service that includes paramedics to help anyone who has been poisoned.
“Ummmm so she accidentally brushed her teeth with um like deep heat. Ummm like icy hot which looked similar to her Colgate toothpaste,” she said in the TikTok video.
Deep Heat products are “specifically designed to provide targeted, warming relief to help relax tight, knotted muscles through the benefits of massage plus heat therapy”.
Kittleson’s video has received more than 10 million views on TikTok, reports DailyStar. In the caption, she detailed how the couple got distracted while talking about the Nextflix documentary ‘Beckham.’ He also termed the incident as “not his proudest moment”.
One user commented on her post, “So embarrassing to call poison control but they are so nice.” Another said, “The way I couldn’t even think of calling poison control and just waited to see if I would die.”
Some users also reported that the product tubes do not look the same. One user commented, “You better marry the man you were ‘equal’ with.”
Deep heat is used to treat minor aches and pains.
