Protect the joints and skin: Studies show the consumptionandapplication of avocado oil help strengthen joints. Avocado oil also has the ability to penetrate deep into the skin and provide nourishment as it is rich in omega-3 (an immunity booster) and vitamin E, which help the skin heal.
