Make this Muradabadi dal at home

Masterchef Ranveer Brar shared a recipe for making Muradabadi Dal at home.

In a kadai add water, salt, ginger, green chillies, moong dal, bay leaf mix everything together and let it boil for 20-25 minutes on medium heat until fully cooked.

Now keep all the toppings ready by chopping and keeping all together.

Pour the cooked dal in a bowl and all the toppings one by one.

Then in a tempering pan heat ghee and add dry red chillies and let it change its colour. Remove and add this on the dal and serve warm.
