How to make chocolate pakode by Masterchef Sanjeev Kapoor

Take refined flour, cornflour, cinnamon powder, baking soda, powdered sugar and vanilla essence in a bowl.

Add sufficient water and mix well to make a thick and smooth batter.

Add 1 tbsp oil, mix well and set aside to rest for 10 minutes.

Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.

Coat the chocolate bars with batter and deep fry in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.

Arrange them on a serving plate. Sift cocoa powder and powdered sugar over them. Sprinkle cinnamon powder, place a few spoonsful of rabdi in the centre and drizzle chocolate sauce. Serve immediately.
