In the spring of 2019, Jenelle Evans separated from David Eason and also applied for an order of protection.
He did so after Eason shot and killed the family dog, a murder he later admitted to and defended by saying that the pet had mauled the couple’s two-year-old daughter.
Fast forward more than four years to the present day… and Evans has once again separated from her husband.
This time, it came after Eason was charged with child abuse after allegedly attacking Jenelle’s 14-year-old son Jace.

Now, meanwhile, The Sun has obtained detailed court documents from Janelle’s application in 2019 for the aforementioned order of protection.
They paint a very chilling picture of Eason, while also highlighting the alleged violent incidents of the time between the estranged husbands.
In a lengthy statement in these letters, Janelle began thus:
“I married David on 23 September 2017. Since then, he has been abusive and violent towards me. Because of this behavior I want to leave him.”

Jenelle continued in documents published by The Sun:
“Because of his recent threats, his history of violence, his erratic behavior and his large stockpile of weapons, I fear for my life and the lives of my children and the well-being of my children.”
Evans gave several examples.
“About three months into our marriage, David became angry at me. “He grabbed my arm and squeezed it, causing a bruise,” she wrote, referring to an altercation that occurred in December 2017.

The second incident he listed is estimated to have occurred around October 7, 2018.
David got angry and destroyed our master bathroom.
He broke the new cabinets, broke my prescription glasses, broke my hair straightener and destroyed the glass vase in the bathroom.
I don’t know what started the argument that caused him to do this, but when I asked him about destroying my things, he came into the bathroom while I was taking a shower and hit me in the face as much as possible to scare me. He could scream louder than he could.

In October 2018, Evans called 911 and said Eason had broken his collarbone.
Through these court documents, Janelle claimed that David fell on her, resulting in this serious injury.
Referencing another example – from December 2018 – Janelle wrote:
David posted threats against President Trump and Speaker Pelosi on social media…
As a result of the post the Secret Service came to our house to talk to him. In response to the officers’ visit, David posted videos threatening to shoot Secret Service agents and showing off his ammunition stockpile.
He has a large amount of ammunition, explosives and guns in the house, including semi-automatic firearms like an AR-15.,

Elsewhere in the filing, Janelle attached photos, “showing broken glass, overturned barstools, spilled coffee,” which she writes were all “actions” of another violent attack by David. Were the result of.
By January 2020, Evans and Eason reconciled and the former Teen Mom 2 star filed to remove the protective order.
In a YouTube video from October of that year, David mentioned the separation – and listed his side of the split in the process:
“I know Janelle and I, we broke up for a few months, but she just had to go to the party, get it out of her system. She realized life wasn’t greener on the other side. More at home. It’s fun, go fishing with me and get stuff.”

And this brings us all back to the present day.
A criminal summons issued following Eason’s arrest on child abuse charges last month states the following:
“As the parent of Jess V Evans, a child under the age of 16, the defendant unlawfully and voluntarily caused physical injury to that child.
“The physical injury caused scars on his right arm and the left and right sides of his neck, and was inflicted by means other than accidental means.”

Child Protective Services is reportedly investigating the incident, while Jess is currently living with her grandmother.
Janelle initially defended her husband against all allegations of abuse.
However, she has since unfollowed him on Instagram and has remained mostly radio silent on the topic.
Above all, we just hope that Jace and his siblings are okay.
