Red Ring of Rage (Unique Barbarian Ring)—After spending 100 Fury within 3 seconds, your next cast of Hammer of the Ancients, Upheaval, or Death Blow is a guaranteed critical hit that deals 10-30 percent (double damage) [x] Critical hit damage bonus.
Tal Rasha Al-Qahziya Ring (The Unique Magician’s Ring)-For each type of elemental damage you deal, get 10-15 percent [x] Increased damage for 4 seconds. Dealing elemental damage updates all bonuses.
Irida’s Merciless Will (Unique Priest Seal)—When using the ultimate skill and again after 5 seconds, drag away enemies and deal them 0.5-1.0 physical damage. This damage is increased by 1%.[x] For every 1 point of willpower you have.
The Writhing Squad of Deception (The Unique Rogue Episode)—Using the Subterfuge skill leaves behind a deceptive trap that constantly taunts and lures enemies. The decoy trap explodes after 3 seconds, dealing 2.0-3.0 shadow damage. It can happen every 12 seconds.
Holy Spirit Ring (Unique Necromancer Ring)—Automatically activate the following equipped skills on corpses around you: Skeleton Lift every 1-2 seconds, Corpse Explosion every 1-2 seconds, and Corpse Tendril every 8-16 seconds.

Beyond that, the latest Diablo IV The patch introduces some bug, event, and gameplay fixes, including the following highlights:
- Pillar health has been increased to 85 percent in the Sanguine Battery event, while Pillar repair time has been reduced to one second
- Additional enemies in Lord Zir’s boss fight should now be surprised when Zir staggers
- Lilith should no longer perform area-of-effect attacks after being eliminated in the first Echo of Lilith phase
- Monsters should no longer appear from destroyed or teleported Nightmare Portals
- You will need to complete Chapter 3 of the season before attempting the “Battle of Fear and Faith” seasonal quest.
- Task markers should remain in place, even if you leave the area while performing multiple tasks
