“My stomach is in knots. My point is – in addition to the personal stuff going on in the house – there’s also something going on inside. Sandy was shocked to hear about what was happening. “I want to pursue it because it is serious. I’m going to talk to Kyle because this isn’t right. That’s bullying,” she said. “Of course I want you to stay but nothing is worth your mental health.”
When asked by the Captain what she wanted to do, Natalya remained firm in her decision to go.
“I feel the need to get off now because I am not feeling well. I feel safe but I don’t feel good,” Natalya admitted, despite previously apologizing to Kyle. “I’ve been feeling very sad lately.”
Sandy did not try to change Natalya’s mind because she wanted to put her team first. “I cannot and will not force Natalya to stop. I want her to feel supported in her decision but I’m also angry. You have a screaming match with Max, you have a screaming match with Jess and you have a screaming match with Natalya,” she said at the end of the episode. “You’re the one who’s always having screaming matches.”
The way Sandy looked at Kyle changed the situation. “I will never bring you back. You can’t control your emotions. This is a professional setting. You are bullying and you are yelling. I don’t want someone like you on board,” she replied before the screen went black.
